CrewWho — End User License Agreement

Provided by James Peterson Films, LLC (the “Developer”). Last updated: July 10, 2026.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and the Developer only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The app, including updates and documentation (the “App”), is licensed, not sold. Your use is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service; where this EULA is more restrictive, it controls. By using the App you agree to this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

The Developer grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not distribute the App over a network for multi-device use, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, copy (except as permitted), decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Maintenance and support

The Developer is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

3. Your content and responsibility

Call sheets, contacts, notes, timecards, invoices, and exports are created from your own documents and records and stored on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to others (invoices, résumés, proof-of-work exports) and for complying with any obligations you owe to productions regarding their documents (e.g., confidentiality). AI and OCR output can contain errors — verify important details. Nothing produced by the App is legal, tax, or immigration advice.

3a. Your representations

By importing a document into the App you represent that it was provided to you in connection with your own work or is otherwise lawfully in your possession, and that your import, storage, and any sharing of it complies with obligations you owe to the production or any other party (including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements). The App is a personal productivity tool operating solely on your device at your direction — it does not distribute, publish, or host content, and the Developer never receives, stores, or has access to your documents or data.

3b. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer and its officers, members, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) documents or content you import, create, or share using the App; (b) your breach of this EULA or of any obligation you owe a third party (including any production, studio, network, union, or employer); or (c) your violation of applicable law.

3c. Rights-holder inquiries

The Developer operates no servers and hosts no user content, and therefore cannot access, review, or remove material stored on users’ devices. Rights holders with concerns may contact james@jamespetersonfilms.com.

4. Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

5. Claims; product liability

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or similar claims. This EULA does not limit rights you may have against the Developer that cannot be waived.

6. Intellectual property

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

7. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Third-party terms

Optional integrations (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft 365, AI providers, map data) operate under your own accounts and their providers’ terms. You are responsible for complying with them.

9. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you.
