My call sheet didn't extract correctly. Check the in-app Help for capture tips (good light, whole page in frame). PDFs shared straight from Mail extract best. You can also switch the AI engine in Settings — On-device AI (Apple Intelligence) or your own AI key are the most accurate.
Where is my data stored? On your device. Use Settings → Data & backup to export a backup file, and Snapshots to roll back mistakes.
Does CrewWho need an account? No accounts, no login. Optional integrations (Gmail, Outlook, your own AI key) run under your own accounts and disconnect anytime.
How do I delete my data? Delete jobs in-app, or delete the app — everything it stored goes with it. There's nothing on our servers to delete.
