My call sheet didn't extract correctly. Try the in-app Help page for capture tips (good lighting, whole page in frame). PDFs shared straight from Mail extract best. You can also pick a different AI engine under Settings → Extraction engine.
Where is my data stored? On your device. Use Settings → Data & backup to export a backup file, and Snapshots to roll back mistakes.
Does CrewWho need an account? No accounts, no login. Optional integrations (Gmail, Outlook, your own AI key) run under your own accounts and can be disconnected anytime.
How do I delete my data? Delete jobs in-app, or delete the app — everything it stored goes with it. There is nothing on our servers to delete.
